I’m the founder of Goldfish Counselling and an ACA-registered counsellor with postgraduate qualifications in autism studies, alongside training in family, child, and adolescent counselling.
As both a professional and a neurodivergent parent, I bring lived experience and deep empathy to my work with children, adults, and families.

I draw on a variety of approaches in my practice, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy, while maintaining a strengths-based, neuro-affirming focus. I’m especially passionate about supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals, and advocating for Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC), including LAMP Words for Life.

Above all, my mission is to create a warm, supportive space where neurodivergent people and their families feel understood, empowered, and equipped to thrive.
