I’m the founder of Goldfish Counselling and an ACA-registered counsellor with postgraduate qualifications in autism studies, alongside training in family, child, and adolescent counselling.

As both a professional and a neurodivergent parent, I bring lived experience and deep empathy to my work with children, adults, and families. This perspective allows me to connect with clients in a genuine, understanding way, especially those who may have felt unseen or misunderstood in other settings.

My practice draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused techniques, while maintaining a strengths-based and neuro-affirming focus. I’m especially passionate about supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals, and advocating for accessible, inclusive communication that helps every person feel heard and understood.

Above all, my mission is to create a warm, supportive space where every person, neurodivergent or not, feels understood, empowered, and equipped to thrive.
