Support & Connection Groups for Neurodivergent and LGBTIQA+ Young People

Our small group sessions are a safe and welcoming space for neurodivergent and LGBTIQA+ teens and young adults to connect, share experiences, and build skills in a supportive environment. Each group is facilitated by an experienced social worker who understands the unique strengths and challenges of neurodivergence and diverse identities.

Together, we explore identity, emotions, and everyday challenges through creative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed activities. Groups are age-based so everyone can feel comfortable among peers at a similar stage of life.

These groups are designed to:

  • Foster a sense of belonging and community

  • Celebrate diversity, inclusion, and self-expression

  • Support emotional regulation and wellbeing

  • Provide a space where participants feel understood and accepted

If you or someone you know is looking for a place to connect, grow, and feel seen — we’d love to welcome you.
